The 8th field trip was in Manuel Antonio. The field trip was three days and two nights. The trip started on Wendesnday May 7, 2008 when we left the capital city of Costa Rica. It took about one hour and half but it took longer because the bus didn’t work so we stayed there for about 30 minutes waiting till they fix it. When we arrived to a park called Turubari we ate breakfast and then we got divided into three groups of activities people that what to do canopy, superman zip-line, and horseback riding. I chose the superman because I had never done before. When we got to a tour that was approximitely 100 meters tall everybody felt scared because you went face the bottom which was scary at the beginning. Many people went before I went so I waited a lot. When it was my turn I got a little scared but after they pushed and went down the rope I didn’t felt nothing I was enjoying the perfect view. After that we took a long hike and then went to have lunch. When we left the park we went to Manuel Antonio we arrived there till seven thirty. When we arrived there we had dinner and went to our rooms to relaxe and take showers and to sleep. The next day we left in the morning to have dinner in a restaurant when we finished we went to a river to go water rafting the river was very long and was a lot of fun. I think this was the best part of the trip. We stop some where in the rivers and went to a beautiful water fall we stayed there for thirty minutes and swimed. After rafting we ate lunch and went back to the hotel that was about two hours away from the river. When we arrived we went to the beach and had fun. Some people were taking pictures, others playing soccer and american football. When we left the beach we got prepared for the nights fashion show of are t-shirts of Lord of the Flies. When the fashion show was over we went to our rooms and went to sleep. The last day we when to the national park of Manuel Antonio to do community service and then have time to go to the beach. Then we went to have lunch and prepared to go back to San Jose. We arrived to the school at six pm. I think this trip was the best trip of the whole Middle school.
